CHERRY TREE COTTAGE. (General)

Wondering if anybody might have information about who owned Cherry Tree Cottage in Blakeney Hill, between 1850 and 1950. I am interested to know if either Beddis's or Everetts owned it. I understand that there are two Cherry Tree Cottages though, so I am not sure which one it would be.
