Thank you Mike...clear as mud but will try and take that all in. Ernest Watkins was my great-grandfather and I see he is mentioned. His sons Clifford & William (Billy) lived there for many years, Billy finally moving out to the retirement houses (St Johns Road) in the 1970's. I think by then the council had condemned The Manse as uninhabitable
