I recently inherited a picture of Guy Hall from my late cousin.
It was a watercolour painting dated 1972 by E J Rice, and
I wondered whether anyone could give me details of the Artist please?

E. J. Rice was Eric James Rice, Principal of Lydney Art School and later Vice Principal of Cinderford Technical College after amalgamation. He was born on 14 June 1914 in Northamptonshire and died 28 April 2004 in Lydney.
