Charlotte BULLOCK b. 1814, Huntley, Glos (General)

Many thanks for your replies. I have Albert's birth certificate (born 19 Feb 1842), which shows Charlotte BULLOCK as the mother, but no father. Strangely, I don't have his marriage certificate, but know he married Louisa MARFELL on 8 September 1862. It was not unusual for people to invent a father to put on a marriage certificate, so I wonder if this happened in Albert's case.
