Standfast (Colliery) (General)

Standfast Colliery was active between about 1865 and 1875 in Churchill Inclosure not too far from York Lodge north of Parkend and Whitemead Park

So the Standfast in the Census is probably an area or a house that "took on" the Standfast name, the number of rooms may be a giveaway a large house of 10 rooms split into two 5 room units for instance. The census typically recorded family units rather than houses I understand.
