Can anyone help with information pertaining to Richard Cooke (Cook) born circa 1868 in Littledean, he married Elizabeth Ann Matthews 13 Sept 1856 in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. His father and mother are believed to be James Cooke and Charlotte Hughes. James Cooke may have remarried to Mary Ann ?

Richard and Elizabeth had the following children:
Charlotte A
Mary J
Martha
Clara
Elsie

Richard is my Second Great Grandfather.
