The Public House I was looking for was The ???? Heart Inn, I found this on the 1901 census but couldn't make out what the first word was. The pub was then run by a James Page and his daughter Lucy who married Charles Henry Prosser son of Charles William and Elizabeth Prosser, Dorrells brother.

White Heart seems the obvious but it really doesn't look like White!
