Burial - William Alfred Lewis - 1908 - Bream (General)

There is an entry in the burials for Bream for a William Alfred Lewis, who died aged 3 hours. Buried 6 March 1908. Would there be any other details on these records to find out who his parents were or would I have to obtain the death certificate?
I am almost sure he was a son of my Great Grandparents, William Alfred Lewis and Flossie Preest.
Any help would be great.
