The will of William Dovey of Ruardean 1795 refers to son-in-law Charles Baldwin.

William Dovey married Elizabeth Tingle 21 July 1755 at Ruardean and had a daughter Betty Dovey c 24 June 1759 at Ruardean.
I don't have a marriage of Betty and Charles Baldwin but I know their first child was baptised in 1779.

I know that William Dovey was said to be aged 71 when he died in 1795 but as yet I don't have a baptism for him.
Elizabeth Tingle was c 13 August 1732 as Betty Tingle, she was the youngest daughter of Richard Tingle and Mary Yeme who married at Walford 26 May 1709.

Richard Tingle possibly came from Littledean c 1683 according to the IGI, Mary Yeme was c 18 May 1687 at Ruardean, she was the daughter of Thomas Yeme and Mary Fisher who married at Walford 6 April 1687.

Thomas Yeme was c 14 July 1661 at Ruardean the son of George Yeme and his wife Joan.

George Yeme was c 4 Feb 1625 at Ruardean the son of Richard Yeme.

Richard Yeme was c 6 Feb 1588 at Ruardean the son of James Yeme.

James Yeme was c 4 Oct 1542 at Ruardean the son of James Yeme.
