Awre 1891 Census (RG12/2004) - Forest of Dean FHT Forum

I'm having trouble reading the birth place of George Welsh/Welch. I thought it said 'Apperly', but I can't find an 'Apperly' in Gloucestershire. Can you offer any other options?
