William COURT & Ann RICHARDS Goodrich (General)
Hi Slowhands,
I am now really confused.
A William Court (grandson age 15) is living with my 4G Grandmother, Mary Richards in 1851 in Clearwell. The wedding of Ann Richards ( Mary's daughter) to William Court in 1832 in Goodrich would tie up.
There is a William Court married to an Emma in Newland in 1841. But that would mean the age & name being wrong. In the later census Emmas' year of birth is between 1815 & 1821 but that would have meant having Mary Ann at 15. Also in 1851 young William is still shown as living with William & Emma. Ann was borm around 1807.
I can't find a marriage between a William Court and an Emma. Any ideas?
Sorry for the delay in replying but my father is ill.
Regards
Dave
