Elijah and Jane HERBERT - West Dean (General)

I am searching for the parents of Elijah Herbert, born abt 1821 Gloucestershire. Found on 1841 census age 20 living with his wife Jane born abt 1816 West Dean Gloucestershire and child Elvina age 4 months, born abt 1841 Gloucestershire.

Elijah died prior to 1851 as his wife Jane is shown as a Widow on 1851 census, but I do not know exact date of death.

Jane was last found on 1871 census living with her daughter Levina Dobbs and Levina's husband George Dobbs and children. I would also like to find out when Jane died. Regards Jean Herbert
