can anyone help me with the father of james beddis born 18-12-1842
james marriage cert states father as samuel beddis labourer and james residence as hundred of briavels. james married mary ann stidder

Ihave a copy of James marr cert to mary ann stidder. They were married in Hope Mansell 18-12-1842
However I am completely stumped with Samuel,s marriage and also his birth.
Maybe he was born in another county

If this is the correct Samuel in 1841 - it suggest a Glos birth
