Ellen Elizabeth CLEMENTS (General)

Trying to find the family of Ellen Elizabeth Clements, born about 1872, father's name Joseph, a gardner.

The 1881 census has given me the following:

Joseph Clements abt 1840 Aston Cantlow, Worcestershire, England Head Dymock Gloucestershire
Elizabeth Clements abt 1843 Sullingto, Somerset, England Wife Dymock Gloucestershire
Charlotte Clements abt 1879 Dymock, Gloucestershire, England Daughter Dymock Gloucestershire
Arthur Clements abt 1880 Dymock, Gloucestershire, England Son Dymock Gloucestershire

No sign of Ellen Elizabeth, but then I found this, also from 1881...

William Catlin abt 1846 St George In The E, Middlesex, England Head Hamlet London
Hannah B. Catlin abt 1852 Dymock, Gloucestershire, England Wife Hamlet London
Ellen E. Clements abt 1872 Dymock, Gloucestershire, England Niece Hamlet London

Ellen was married to William Jones at St John's, Cinderford in February 1896, so if the London Ellen is Joseph & Elizabeth's daugher, she must have come home and met him at some point between 1881 and then.

Could someone with access kindly check the 1891 census and see if she's living in Dymock or London at that point?
