I'm assuming that William Henry and Eva were buried in Wales?
If so that explains why I haven't been able to find them whilst traipsing around the Ruardean Churchyards!!

Hi bertha,

William and Eva's burial location is a mystery to me, I know the family were baptist. Last week I searched the local panteg cemetery, New Inn congregational chapel, and Panteg St Marys. None of which have william or Eva. I don't know when cremation started but it could be possible they were cremated, but there surely has to be some record of them.

Vaughan trail found again!

Hello Bertha and Tanith

It is so good to be on the trail of the Hewlett/Vaughan families again.
On seeing the date of the death for William Henry Vaughan (My Great Grandfather) I realise that we were in India when he died, even though I believe there had been no contact with the family for some time. This has indeed put some more background information into my research.

Does anybody have any information to the marriage of Sarah Ann Vaughn born 1858 she has a baptism entry on the FOD records, but I cannot find a marriage.
Sarah Ann was Sister to William Henry also to Mary Ann Vaughan.
Many Thanks

Barbara Lloyd
