Albert Robbins and Cinderford Rugby (General)

Does anyone have information about Albert Robbins' (b.1875 died 1936)involvement with the Cinderford Rugby Team around the turn of the 19th/20th century? I saw an obituary about him many years ago from the
local newspaper but cannot now trace it.
