William GRINDLE abt 1831 (General)

Can anyone find the 1841 and 1851 census for William Grindle (various spellings of surname) His parents were Charles Grindle and Susan Hale.
William married Ann Mason in 1857 Q3 Vol 6a page 343 registered in Westbury on Severn. He died in 1895 age abt 63. Q1 6a page 209 registered in Westbury on Severn.
Only known children of his marriage to Ann Mason so far are:
John Grindle born abt 1859 Little Dean
George Grindle born abt 1857 Little Dean
(Childrens dob taken from 1861 census but not sure if correct)

I have William on the 1861 - 1871 - 1881 and 1891 census and his widow Ann on 1901 census but would like to find him on 1841 and 1851 if possible.

On the 1861 census it states that there is a Joseph Mason age 6 born abt 1855 East Dean, as a boarder living with William and Ann and family. I wondered if this Joseph was a son of Ann's, born prior to her marriage? Jean Herbert
