Thank you to Everyone who gave me so much help and information with Oliver Henry Thomas.This is what I have put together but now leaving it to be.

I have Original Marriage Certificate ..July 3rd 1897 St Pauls Church.
Oliver Henry Thomas 23 yrs Collier Bream.Father THOMAS BIRT.Collier
Clara Howells 23 yrs Yorkley Father Thomas Howells Woodman

Now,I can,t find anywhere OLIVER HENRY THOMAS Birth Certificate.
But 1881 Census

Only Birth Certificate I can find and have now got...

THOMAS BIRT..He could have been one of many Birt's in The Forest at that time,I don't think we will ever be sure,as we can't be 100% this is the right Louisa,but it looks good,so I will now let it rest at that.
