Miriam CLARK 1897 Lydney (General)
Thank you so much slow hands. I have never heard of a second child but will send for Miriam's birth certificate. Perhaps it was after her birth that Arthur left home. The name Gazard which you unearthed rings a bell. Mr Shirley Gazard was a manager of the Melingriffith Works in Cardiff at the same time that W.R.Davies was Managing director (he and his wife bought up Arthur's other daughter, Florence Marjorie) so maybe that is the connection.
