Chepstow Burials (General)

I am transcribing the above burials and it was a very busy parish with a Curate & Vicar, I have just completed 10 years with over 800 entries. The graveyard at St Mary that I visited about 10 years ago was not very big. So
my question is where were all these people buried, does anyone know if some of the cemetery was taken over by housing or new roads? and were they transfered to the Municipal Cemetery when opened?

If any one can throw some light on this it would be much appreciated.

I dont know if you are transcribing the chepstow images that I photographed, but in regards to the municipal cemetery at Chepstow, I have offered the F.O.D to photograph the municipal records that from the top of my head date from between 1857 - 1863.

Graham told me that were not important at the moment, so maybe in the near future I will do them, having said that, the problems I am getting at the Gwent record office I cant promise anything.
