Can any body please tell me when these news papers began publication as I have found a family connection to Thomas Bright one of the founders?

Thomas's Mother (Mary Ann Bright nee Cowmeadow) second Marriage was to Edmund Jones my GGGrandfather's brother. In the 1861 Census Edmund is the innkeeper of the New Inn at Parkend,( Thomas living with him aged 18 occupation printer. In 1871 Edmund Jones is innkeeper at The Feathers in Coleford, one of the boarders being Thomas Harman also a Printer, was he also involved with the setting up of these Newspapers?
