This was a new name to the Forest and arrived circa 1911, where I have recorded 8 names in the birth register 3 were triplets in 1917.
If any one has information on the surname Haggar for this area, parents likely to be a George Haggar & ? Parsons.
George born 1881 in Balham, Surrey was son of Thomas Haggar & Emma Smith.
Emma born 1853 Lane End, daughter of Elisha Smith & Eliza Teague.
Does anyone recognise this family
