Thomas JONES = Elizabeth PHILLIPS (General)

This Thomas was a perfect match for my quarry. Admittedly he md 1889 in Wigan LAN to Elizabeth PHILLIPS of Wigan but he was with her in 1891 at S Shields DUR, a collier bn FoD and the right age. The trouble is, his father was Richard, not William James JONES as expected, and at this`mge he was a widr. So if there's anybody who owns him, the mge cert is yours for a ssae.
