I am trying to find a marriage for Mary Ann Priest b 15.1.1804 Father Samuel Preest Mother Ann Preest nee Beach.
The only possible is to a William Jones on 20.12.1823 but bride is shown as Mary Priest and not Mary Ann.
Any help would be appreciated.

Samuel Preest and Ann Beech are my husband's ggg grandparents and it was great to find someone else with them on their tree. Have a huge amount of information that would be great to share. Will e mail you so as not to clog up forum.

Hi Alison I too have them on my tree I am related to Eliza Preest who married William Kear in 1835 at Hewelsfield she was my g g g grandmother.

Funnily enough I was just starting to sort out all Eliza and Williams children, if I am right there were a great many of them and I think that they will have to wait a while! Eliza's brother William was my husbands gg grandfather. As a beginner at this I still find the links between families so interesting.

Hi,
15 just doesn,t bear thinking about. I have just got a death certificate for Hannah Priest the wife of Eliza's nephew John Priest and she died of malnutrition and exhaustion aged 43 in 1880 and she only had 11 children!
I have only found 12 children for Eliza. Would it be asking too much if you could give me the names of those you have and also when Eliza & William died as I am struggling to find them.
