Another possibilty? A RICHARD MORGAN,20, is living with ANN MORGAN, widow, 55 (b 1786), in Pillowell at time of 1841 census. According to the IGI (FamilySearch.org) a RICHARD MORGAN was baptised in St James Bream on 12th May 1816 son of JAMES MORGAN and ANN WOOD. This connects with the family: http://www.forum.forest-of-dean.net/index.php?mode=thread&id=7374
