I can't bring up any of the details of records (General)

I have logged into the parish records area. I can search the parish records but I can't bring up any of the detail records for the baptisms, burials or marriages. What gives? Why aren't I allowed to view these detailed records?

You are certainly allowed to to view the full transcript of the record and you should be able to do so when you click on the "More detail' link.
Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

I finally figured out what was wrong, I couldn't see the More details section. This was hidden since MY FAVORITES was pinned in the Windows Explorer, by minizing the MY FAVORITES as small as possible, I was able to see just enough of the More Details Section to see the records behind the parish search.
