I can only find these four Susannah's baptised in Newland around that time:

Susannah Collins Thomas baptised 25/08/1799
Susannah Davies baptised 13/10/1799
Susannah Davies baptised 17/10/1802 (different parents from above)
Susannah Frowen baptised 23/01/1803 (so probably born 1802). Family were living in Coleford at the time of the baptism.

Is this your John Roberts? Elizabeth Roberts was witness at John's marriage.
