I have over 100 Wills for people in the Forest of Dean dating from mid 1500's to late 1800's which I have collected over the years, Does anyone want them.
Surnames include Barrow, Bullock, Davies, Gwynn, Hopkins, Johns, Morris, Williams, etc etc

Are you interested in copies of Wills in MS Word format that members have collected covering the Forest of Dean area? One of the Wills I have, for example, mentions a number of names of people who were tenants and business associates as well as family of the testator.

Hi Mike
I am a member of Monofamilies you may remember that I am researching the Hopkins of Llandogo.
In fact I had a day off yesterday and spend the day visiting Llanstone and Llandogo, and went over the river to Hewelsfield/Brockweir.
You have said in the past that you believe that the Hopkins of Llandogo are in many ways linked to Hewelsfield and Brockweir.
I am interseted in William Hopkins who married Frances Williams, but I have been unable to find out any more about his side of the family.
Are any of the wills you have of the Hopkins in the FofD related to Willian, if they are I would appriciate any that you think may help me go back any further.
