Has anyone been able to locate the 1901 Census return for Thomas Richard Walford (b.1870) and Ellen Mary Wilce (b.1873), married 1895 Ruardean?

Checking the General Register Office Certificate Ordering Service (on-line) you can search for WALFORD - mother's maiden name WILCE (need to fill in various criteria). You don't have to search by County.
The WALFORD/mother's maiden name WILCE children were registered Ross District
1896: Richard Wilce WALFORD
1898: Nellie Ovoile Winifred WALFORD
1900 : Ernest Samuel WALFORD
(8 year gap).... and none registered in the UK
1908 : Harold James WALFORD
1909: Reginald Thomas WALFORD

Thank you for your reply. However, I already have this information from the FreeBMD site. I also have details from the 1911 Census for the family.
What I need is details for the 1901 Ruardean Census. I am wondering if the apparent 8-year gap in the children is indicative of the family having moved away from Ruardean for a few years. Of course transcription or recording error could be the reason for difficulty in locating the 1901 Census.
I am hoping that someone may have unravelled the mystery.

The 1911 Census tells us that The family were at Quay Row, Waters Cross. We also find that Richard Wilce WALFORD was admitted to Bishopswood School on 23 April 1900 and that the family were at Waters Cross at that time:

Well the mystery remains, although the information you found regarding the son Richard's school in 1900 at least confirms the family home until then.
I wonder how often the Census enumerator has been found to miss a household?
