There is a problem in that the Forest of Dean District Council covers areas that no right minded Forester woukd accept as being in the Forest of Dean . The village that instantly comes to mind (because FoD planning office once argued with me about it) is Bromsberrow Heath , on the edge of the Malverns

A search for the Forest of Dean may well bring up these administrative boundaries rather than the accepted area
