I think one of us has the wrong George Treherne. I have just received George birth certificate. My grandfathers father George was born 19/06/1857 to Charlotte Treherne . No father named on the birth certificate. I know that the Trehernes that lived in The rocks Joys Green are my correct family. William was my grandfather and Isaac who emigrated to Australia visited us in 1960. Also James family are still living locally near Caerphilly. I am also in contact with one of Lydias grandaughter.
