John TRIGG 1650's (General)
You are getting back to the time of the English Civil War.
Prior to this, say 1600 - 1650, the records are hit and miss , and before that even more so. It was approx 1540 when the first Parish records were kept and there was some opposition to these records :-) many were not kept for fear of taxation ....
1633 Minsterworth is about the earliest so far transcribed here.
Minsterworth Church is probably from the 15C , Churcham I think predates it by 300 or 400 yrs and may have been the church / parish where your Triggs were baptised/married
