Hi,
at first look I cannot find anything similar at all. Please can you help clarify the basics ?.

Starting from first principals searching the Marriage Register on FreeBMD I think I may have the parents marriage, is this it ?. However Sarah isn't apparently a White as I'd anticipated ?.

Either way as the Marriage is registered at Monmouth I assume the couple were already in the Broadwell "area" (Monmouth being much nearer than say Westbury).

So this Death is registered Quarter ending March 1912 so could have actually died very late 1911 as you posted.
