That find re Flo's second(so interesting ?) trip to the states on the Lusitania no-less is a real gem, bags of usefull info there, well done !

Your mention of "sister" Fanny reminded me of this PR I spotted t'other night, could they be one & the same I think so !

If this Fanny was born 1856 at the latest then by her marriage in 1883 she's aged abt 27 which seems fine. I see on GlosBMD, Samuel is a very popular Cooper name, but I still think this may be our man's birth looking at the date, also note his mother's maiden name!
