heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned,
Oliver William Bowdler and James Watkins,
carrying on business as Automobile Engineers, at
Central Garage, Newnham, in the county of Gloucester,
under the style or firm of BOWDLER &
WATKINS, has been dissolved by mutual consent
as and from the 21st day of January, 1921. All debts
due to and owing by the said late firm will be received
and paid by the said Oliver William Bowdler.
