William BARBER 1811 Ostler ? (General)

Thanks slowhands -yes that is gg grandpa.
1841 he was living in Compton Bishop
1851 his wife and children were at Chepstow.His wife died 1854.
1861 he was living in Welch St Chepstow -horse dealer
1868 he died at Chepstow occupation Inn Keeper
The children by then had moved to Ross-Shirenewton etc.
The big puzzle is this middle name Standerwick -obviously had family meaning because it's followed through to my uncle but we have no idea why.
