Is it possible to identify which are the churches or chapels from various baptism, marriage and burial records? Getting very confused trying to compile a list of who was born, married or buried where for a forthcoming visit and need some help please! For example:-

Eveline Evangeline Preest baptised 14.2.1886
Reg D2598 3?3
Parish/chapel West Dean Methodist Circuit

Marriage of Clara Priest and Caleb Thomas on 15.7.1897
Reg P93 in 1/11
Parish/chapel Coleford

Burial of Clara Thomas on 30.11.1897
Reg P82
Parish/chapel Christchurch

Where there is just a name such as Coleford or Christchurch do I assume that would be the parish church? I had thought that the reg numbers indicated a certain church but that system has proved flawed. I have quite a few marriage certificates which obviously give the church but am relying on the transcribed parish records for many of the others.
Any help would be appreciated as I hope to be able to visit and photograph as many of the relevant churches/chapels as possible on a visit to the Forest in a couple of weeks.
