Horatio Nelson HADDOCK 1811 - 1890 (General)

Can anyone help me please as I am starting to get confused?

I am a descendent of a Marshall Haddock born 1746 in Aberafon Glamorgan. He married a Sarah Richards at Chapel Hill, Monmouthshire. I have a few questions that I need the answers of to verify my research.
Question 1
Does anyone know if Nelson Haddock born 1822 and Horatio Nelson Haddock are the same person?
Question 2
Does anyone know if the father of Nelson Haddock is Rawlins Haddock born in Aberafon Glamorgan 1795, Wales. Rawlins Haddock is the son of Marshall and Sarah Haddock
Question 3
If this is the case why do the Haddocks from Glamorgan keep coming back and forth to the Forest of Dean area.

Can anyone help me with information and verification on the above questions.
