Elizabeth JENKINS 1838 Mill Hill (General)

The marriage certificate states that Elizabeth is the daughter of George Jenkins, Quarryman of Cleverend Green.
I believe George to be related to the Jenkins family of Clearwell through John Jenkins b 1765 (s/o William Jenkins b 1733 and Elizabeth Doward). George the s/o John Jenkins b 1796.
Due to missing parish records I am struggling to confirm my Jenkins family connections.
Shortly after Elizabeth Married George Baldwin I believe he was admitted to Gloucester Asylim.
Our records idicate that there are two John Jenkins in the area, both probably linked to William Jenkins b 1707 and Elizabeth Pritchard if and how they are linked I cannot establish.
I would appreciate some guidance if you have time.
