The Will with two Codicils of Thomas BENNETT late of the Parish of Hope Mansell in the County of Hereford Landowner and Coal Proprietor deceased who died 16 October 1861 at Hope Mansell aforesaid was proved at Hereford by the oaths of Francis Hamp ADAMS of the Town of Ross in the said County Banker and Cornelius BRAIN of the Quabbs House near Dryrook in the Forest of Dean in the County of Gloucester Coal Proprietor for the Executors.
