When James WHITE married Harriet ROBINS in 1819, one witness was Elizabeth WHITE (also Wm STEPHENS) - I'll have to see if this is my STEPHENS from Lydney, as Anne STEPHENS married William WICKENDEN in Lydney 9 April 1777 - and she had a brother William born 1755) - and I can see a Williams STEPHENS WHITE christened in Lydney in 1815
