Hi all,

I'm very new to this and I would appreciate any help or advice anyone has to share with me as I'm very eager to research my family tree.

Here is what I know so far by talking to relatives and searching the 1901 census.

I know that my relatives lived in Broadwell lane end and attended St John's parish in Coleford at the time of the 1901 census and that my relatives information are as follows...

Lilly M Morgan aged 11 born in Merthyr
David J Morgan aged 9 born in Merthyr
Willie J Morgan aged 7 born in Merthyr
Charles E Morgan aged 6 born in West Dean
Tudor Garfield Morgan aged 4 born in West Dean
Imer Morgan (This could be Ingomar?) aged 3 born in West Dean
Thomas Morgan aged 1 born in West Dean.

It also said that they lived with their mother Elizabeth Ann, but I can't find her surname. She was 30 at the time and was born in Merthyr .It also showed that they lived with their father George Morgan and he was 40 at the time and he was a general haulier born in West Dean.

Then it showed that they all lived with the head of the house George Morgan who was 77 at the time and that he was a colliery proprietor and was a widow. He was born in West Dean. I think he had something to do with Forest Red Ash Colliery (maybe I'm wrong about the name of it?)

If anyone has any information regarding any of the people above I would be very very grateful!

Thank you
xxxxxxxxxxxx
