Hi Bethan,
Re the birth record for George abt 1826, using the Advanced Search thro this site's PRs gives following Baptisms for children of Henry & Elizabeth Morgan:

8986 1826 MORGAN Henry, Henry & Eliz[abe]th, Forest, Coalminer, Coleford
9063 1828 MORGAN Hannah, Henry & Elizabeth, Forest, Coalminer, Coleford
9191 1832 MORGAN Maria, Henry & Elizabeth, Forest of Dean, Coalminer, Coleford
9310 1835 MORGAN George, Henry & Elizabeth, Forest of Dean, Coal Miner, Coleford
9311 1835 MORGAN Elizabeth, Henry & Elizabeth, Forest of Dean, Coal Miner, Coleford

So they match Slowhands' Census Records above except that George appears to have got younger ?

But his full BR shows he's actually born 1824.

George was Baptised at the same time as Elizabeth:

T'others were all Baptised during their birth year as per the Census Records.

I was struggling to find a logical Marriage for Henry & Elizabeth, but then it clicked as to why George wasn't Baptised at birth;

This is the only likely Marriage on the database, but look at the date:

Also note conspicuous lack of groom & bride's family....and their use of a different Chapel than all their subsequent Baptisms.

Clearly, George was very soon to have a sister and they wanted to do the "decent" thing:

Searching for Baptisms for parent's Henry & Elizabeth is tricky without their parent's names to help.
There are two possible Henry Morgans baptised in 1802 in Newland/English Bicknor, and five Elizabeth Hawkins' baptised between 1796-98 in Newland/Coleford !
