Peter HORLICK born abt 1842 (General)

I believe I am related in some way to Peter Horlick, elder brother to James and William who founded the drinks company. I have a family bible inscribed 'Peter Horlick London Oct 1843', which is the right time frame for his christening (born abt 1842.) However I know we are directly descended. I have searched the Gloucester Archives for any female siblings but I can find no record of any baptisms apart from Peters. An old newspaper article I found suggests there were 9 children in the family but I can find evidence of only the three brothers. Their parents were James and Priscilla.
Can anyone shed any light?
