Jane and George Cole were given the house that they were living in , plus 3 pieces of land : open to F.O.D on one side , and the land of Thomas Beal on the other 3 sides .
Joseph Cole is given the house that he lives in , plus 4 pieces of land : one piece adjacent to the house , and the others as above .

George and Jane Cole appear to be living in Crossways on the Staunton Rd ( Berry Hill way) does that make sense ?
