MARSHALL
I am hoping that someone will have an answer to my question. Robert Marshall was a master shoemaker. Not a cobbler; in Huntley.

What I want to find out is did he own the business or work in it? And what happened to it??? Why did he not leave the business or hs skill to his sons???? As would have been the usual thing in those days??? It would seem that the next generation down did not work in that field at all? In fact it would seem that thay were quite poor even though his occupation would seem to be one that would have indicated a relitively good standard of living for that time?
