Breams Eaves (General)

Thanks for the great reply.

I was thinking that -that maybe the addresses became more precise rather than them moving house. But on the pre-1939 electoral rolls there are already houses numbered "Council Villas, Parkend Drive, Bream" and post-war there's still places simply called "The Eaves, Bream." So I think they did move house, especially since the address on their youngest daughter's 1918 birth cert is already Bream's Eaves and their Parkend Road house would have been built later.

They seem to have lived at Collier's Birch - probably in her dad's other house or with her parents - then Brockhollands for a few years - Bream's Eaves - and finally Parkend Road. That's following the addresses on their children's baptism/birth records. Hoping to find out more by delving into some more electoral rolls soon.

And much appreciation again for the links. Off to take a closer look after dinner

xx
