"Thank you for telling me about being able to order a copy of the marriage licence from GRO. I didn't know you could do that. I will certainly look into doing so after Christmas."

In MPG's last posting there is mention of the marriage licence and that it can be obtained from the GRO. I believe the GRO referred to is Gloucestershire Record Office rather than General Register Office.
