There is a marriage between Veronica Bridget O'Brien and Thomas Fox recorded in the NZ Births, Deaths, and Marriages register for 1913.

There are a multitude of deaths for variants on Thomas Fox - I can't select one for you because I do not have sufficient details, but you may be able to if you have a second given name for him - I have checked the age at death for the likely Thomas Foxes against the birth date you gave, but none of the ones I checked seemed to match.

There are no death records for Veronica Bridget Fox, but there is a death record for a Veronica Fox in 1968. Her age at death was 76 which means she was born about 1892, which would make this Veronica Fox about 21 in 1913 (time of her marriage).

I haven't looked for any births for their children.
