Hello Donna, Yes your information is mostly correct.
I believe Tom Fox (1877) was the son of Benjamin Fox (1844) abd Emma Hawkins.
Benjamin (1844) was the son of Richard Fox and Decima Hamblyn.
I am the granddaughter of Tom (1877). He did emigrate to NZ and married Veronica Bridget O'Brien in 1913. My father Thomas Grahame Fox (1915) was the eldest of their five children. I would be very interest to know about Tom's (1877) sisters who I thought were Annie (1873), Emily (876) Bessie (1883) and Rose (1886). My understanding is that the eldest son of Benjamin and Emma, Benjamin William (1870) was killed in the Boer War in 1900 along with two of his son. His only surviving child Thomas Victor was sponsored to NZ by Tom (1877) and I have quite a bit of information on him.
